About the Role
You will lead technical writers and developers while managing the documentation platform roadmap. You will improve the technical infrastructure and Docs-as-Code workflow, define content standards, align platform features with product releases, and use performance indicators to guide documentation and platform updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical documentation, content engineering, or platform management
- At least 2 years of leadership or people-management experience
- Familiarity with Markdown, Git, CMS, and web development fundamentals
- Ability to align technical platform capabilities with business goals
- Ability to translate technical requirements into project plans
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor Technical Writers and Developers
- Own the documentation platform roadmap
- Maintain and enhance documentation infrastructure and Docs-as-Code workflows
- Establish style guides, taxonomies, and quality standards
- Align documentation platform features with product release cycles
- Define and track documentation health and platform engagement metrics
