About the Role
You will manage and develop Customer Success Managers supporting commercial accounts. You will build scalable success strategies, drive adoption and expansion, own portfolio planning and forecasting, support strategic engagements and escalations, align with Sales and Applied AI, and develop customer advocacy programs.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Customer Success Managers supporting commercial accounts
- Build scalable customer success strategies that accelerate consumption, expansion, and value realization
- Coach Customer Success Managers on adoption, change management, value realization, and expansion
- Drive accountability for expansion, customer health, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Lead strategic customer engagements and escalations
- Build customer success frameworks, QBR templates, and expansion playbooks
- Identify expansion opportunities with Sales and Applied AI
- Own portfolio planning, forecasting, renewal-risk mitigation, and expansion pipeline development
- Develop customer advocacy programs and reference architectures
