About the Role
You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders. You will assess deployments, account health, usage, and renewal timelines; coordinate with internal partners; run account syncs and QBRs; identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities; and improve post-sales playbooks and tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with complex deployments and integrations
- Stakeholder management experience with VP and C-level executives
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, deployment workflows, and architecture
- Renewal and expansion experience
- CRM hygiene
- Documentation
- Experience with voice, conversational AI, telephony, contact-center technology, or AI and ML products
