About the Role
You will own relationships across an assigned enterprise customer portfolio. You will lead onboarding, training, renewal, and expansion activities; track customer health and forecasts; identify growth opportunities; and communicate customer feedback to support sustained adoption.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales experience, preferably in SaaS or developer tools
- Communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Track record of meeting renewal and expansion targets
- Experience managing relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools such as HubSpot
- Data analysis for customer success metrics and growth opportunities
- Software development lifecycle understanding
- Knowledge of AI and automation
- Location in the London area
Responsibilities
- Own relationships for an assigned customer portfolio
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead onboarding and platform-adoption programs
- Guide customers through platform capabilities
- Execute renewals and pursue expansion
- Maintain customer health and renewal forecasting data in HubSpot
- Gather and communicate customer feedback
- Provide training, support, and strategic guidance
