About the Role
You will lead and grow a pre-sales Solutions Architect team. You will guide strategic customers on AI adoption, use-case scoping, and proof-of-concept execution; partner with sales, product, and engineering; and represent the role at customer engagements, workshops, and conferences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role
- 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience
- Technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments
- Familiarity with LLM architecture and operation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and guide a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects
- Set team performance goals with sales and other stakeholders
- Advise strategic customers on AI adoption, use-case scoping, and proof-of-concept execution
- Partner with sales leadership to drive product adoption
- Relay customer feedback and adoption blockers to product and engineering
- Travel to customer sites and conferences for executive sessions and technical workshops
- Create technical thought-leadership content and presentations
- Stay current on AI and machine-learning trends and competitors
