About the Role
You will advise executive stakeholders on AI transformation, diagnose business challenges, and create roadmaps, business cases, and proposals. You will shape presales opportunities, design proof-of-concepts, and lead AI deployments through operational adoption. You will coordinate engineers, data scientists, and product managers, drive change management, identify account expansion opportunities, mentor junior strategists, and represent the role in executive and industry engagements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or a customer-facing strategic role focused on AI/ML, data architecture, or digital transformation
- Degree in a relevant scientific field
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Practical expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development
- Hands-on development experience with AI solutions
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives
- Experience in both presales and postsales work
- Experience managing high-value accounts and understanding deal mechanics
Responsibilities
- Advise executive stakeholders on AI transformation strategies
- Lead C-suite workshops and create multi-year AI transformation roadmaps
- Develop business cases and proposals that articulate AI return on investment
- Identify and qualify opportunities with sales and product teams
- Design tailored AI strategies and proof-of-concepts
- Lead AI deployments from planning through operational integration and adoption
- Coordinate engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute deployment roadmaps
- Drive change management and long-term customer adoption
- Identify expansion opportunities within strategic accounts
- Mentor junior strategists and develop customer-engagement playbooks
- Represent Mistral AI in speaking engagements and executive briefings
