About the Role

You will lead deployment of learning programs, establish readiness processes and delivery standards, support operational capability initiatives, analyze feedback, close training gaps, and build scalable enablement practices. You will also support adoption of AR/VR, simulation, digital performance support, and AI-enabled learning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Technical Training, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of experience in technical training, learning enablement, field operations, customer training, or workforce development
• At least 3 years of experience leading training teams, enablement programs, or capability-development initiatives
• Experience with distributed learning environments and Train-the-Trainer programs
• Knowledge of training delivery, certification programs, curriculum deployment, and performance support
• Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Hybrid schedule with at least 3 office days per week in Wilmington, Massachusetts
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
