About the Role
You will develop and deliver technical training for automated server assembly, robotics, equipment, and process improvements. You will create curricula, integrate safety and quality standards, track certifications and training metrics, assess competency, address skill gaps, manage onboarding, support Lean and 5S initiatives, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of training and development experience, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or automated assembly
- Experience designing and delivering technical, process, and safety training programs in high-volume or automated environments
- Leadership experience managing trainers or training programs preferred
- Understanding of automated manufacturing, robotics, and assembly processes
- Communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency creating training materials, SOPs, and visual aids
- Organizational and project management skills
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
- Proficiency with computer systems and Learning Management Systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training for automated server assembly
- Create and maintain training curricula and materials
- Integrate SOPs, work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards into training
- Ensure OSHA, safety-policy, and regulatory compliance
- Track certifications and audits
- Conduct hands-on and classroom training
- Track training metrics and competency assessments
- Identify skill gaps and design training interventions
- Train employees on Lean, 5S, and efficiency practices
- Manage onboarding programs
- Align training with business needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness
- Develop career progression and skills development plans
