About the Role
You will direct on-site construction from mobilization through commissioning and handover. You will manage contractors, safety, quality, schedules, costs, site logistics, testing, documentation, risks, and multi-site delivery coordination.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction management experience
- At least 3 years leading mission-critical construction projects
- Experience managing general construction managers, program controls, EHS, and subcontractor teams
- Knowledge of CPM scheduling, budget and cost control, and contract administration
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interpret civil, structural, architectural, and MEP construction documents
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites
Responsibilities
- Direct construction across civil, structural, envelope, and MEP packages
- Manage general contractors and trade partners to program, scope, and specification
- Coordinate power and cooling infrastructure installation
- Run site logistics, sequencing, and interface management
- Enforce health and safety standards and lead incident investigations
- Run inspection, test, QA/QC, snagging, and defect-closeout processes
- Track schedules, critical-path risks, contractor valuations, changes, and variations
- Coordinate integrated systems testing and hand over documentation to operations
