About the Role

You will lead and mentor AI Success Managers, oversee delivery performance and career development, and establish scalable deployment playbooks. You will govern customer delivery from kickoff through renewal readiness, manage risks and escalations, measure portfolio KPIs, and align cross-functional stakeholders on customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of customer-facing delivery, implementation, technical account management, or consulting experience for enterprise SaaS
• 2+ years leading or managing delivery, customer success, or professional services teams
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps delivery practices
• Ability to guide SSO setup, people data, and enterprise connector configuration
• Experience building playbooks, standardizing processes, and managing KPIs
• Executive communication, cross-functional stakeholder management, and escalation leadership
• Analytical systems thinking and deployment-blocker diagnosis
• Cloud fluency with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of AI Success Managers
• Establish delivery playbooks, templates, and operating standards for deployments
• Own end-to-end delivery governance across customer accounts
• Set and report portfolio-level deployment, adoption, satisfaction, and ROI metrics
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, AI Outcomes, Support, and R&D
• Engage executive sponsors and customer program leads on success plans and outcomes
• Systematize field feedback and influence product roadmap and readiness
• Improve onboarding, documentation, playbooks, and delivery tooling
