About the Role
You will lead data center technicians and oversee daily operations, deployments, availability, reliability, security, uptime, and customer SLAs. You will manage infrastructure deployment and inventory, assess capacity needs, establish installation standards, and coordinate data center solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with data center critical infrastructure systems, including power distribution, airflow management, environmental monitoring, capacity planning, DCIM software, structured cabling, and cable management

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead data center technicians
- Maintain data center availability, reliability, and security
- Rack, label, cable, and configure server, storage, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Document data center layouts and network topology in DCIM software
- Coordinate timely system deployments and project plans with supply chain and manufacturing teams
- Assess current and future data center requirements
- Manage parts depot inventory and track equipment through deployment
- Create installation standards and documentation for placement, labeling, and cabling
- Oversee data center deployments and daily operations
- Maintain infrastructure uptime and ensure customer SLAs are met
- Provide expertise on data center integration and deployment strategies
- Understand power, cooling, and cabling requirements for high-performance infrastructure
- Align data center solutions with business goals across functional teams
- Ensure compliance with standards and policies
