About the Role

You will lead daily site operations and manage hourly and salaried employees. You will ensure safety compliance, maintain staffing and training, monitor system performance and KPIs, develop procedures, communicate with customer management, investigate accidents, and improve operational performance.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of management and operations manufacturing experience or related experience
• Knowledge of automation, warehousing, and business processes
• Leadership skills for motivating cross-functional or cross-facility groups
• Experience interacting with executives and customers to drive operational excellence
• Ability to follow maintenance procedures and manuals independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily compliance with OSHA, company, and customer safety processes
• Manage hourly and salaried employees supporting customer operating hours
• Execute standard operating procedures to improve system performance
• Maintain staffing, train employees, set goals, and conduct performance reviews
• Coach employees to respond effectively to system issues
• Develop standards, processes, procedures, and documentation
• Train, assess, and motivate team members
• Communicate with local customer management and headquarters teams
• Monitor system performance, report trends, and present solutions
• Provide KPI reporting based on contractual agreements
• Conduct accident investigations and document findings
