About the Role
You will lead AI Tutors delivering medical training data and evaluations. You will review and label work, maintain quality standards, improve workflows, track performance metrics, coach staff, and communicate project progress, risks, and results.
Requirements
- 8 months or more of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation, content quality, or similar operations
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and training-data quality
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a clinical or medicine-adjacent field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors
- Review and label work to maintain quality standards
- Ensure guideline adherence, taxonomy management, and quality assurance
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and track KPIs
- Translate model needs into labeling strategies and requirements
- Document outcomes and report project status, risks, and results
