You will manage AI data center development projects from site control to final investment decision. You will oversee diligence, entitlements, permitting, utility coordination, budgets, schedules, consultants, stakeholders, and junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of data center, commercial real estate, or infrastructure development experience
- Expertise in site control, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and design coordination
- Experience managing development budgets and schedules
- Knowledge of power and utility interconnection
- Experience managing concurrent projects and external partners
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Manage data center development projects from site control through final investment decision
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Manage due diligence, entitlements, permitting, utility coordination, and design management
- Develop entitlement strategies and manage zoning, platting, and permitting pathways
- Manage title, survey, geotechnical, environmental, zoning, and utility studies
- Support land acquisition and site-control transactions
- Build development budgets and support capital planning
- Direct external consultants, engineers, and design partners
- Represent projects at public hearings, utility meetings, and third-party meetings
- Mentor associates and analysts
