About the Role
You will lead the planning and execution of acquisition integrations and strategic initiatives. You will build investment analyses, translate priorities into cross-functional plans, track performance, resolve execution issues, and develop repeatable integration practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience, or master's degree with at least 3 years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous role
- Analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability
- Experience leading complex cross-functional transformations
- Financial modeling capability, including unit economics, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Experience or interest in technical or regulated industries
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Build financial models and analytical frameworks for investment decisions
- Assess market size, margins, capital intensity, payback, and risk-adjusted returns
- Develop capital-allocation frameworks and governance processes
- Translate strategic priorities into cross-functional plans with KPIs and milestones
- Lead integration efforts for acquisitions and strategic investments
- Track progress through operating reviews and recommend solutions to bottlenecks
- Lead M&A integration from diligence through business-as-usual transition
- Coordinate functional leaders, manage dependencies, and resolve critical issues
- Track synergy, capability, and operational-value targets
- Build repeatable integration playbooks and tools
