About the Role

You lead, mentor, and coach account managers responsible for strategic merchant relationships and payments revenue. You provide coaching, support negotiations and escalations, hire and retain talent, monitor commercial objectives, report performance, collaborate on merchant needs, drive operational initiatives, and manage key merchants.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, consulting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Enterprise merchant or customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Full professional proficiency in English
