About the Role
You will own lifecycle growth across products from activation through retention and winback. You will use SQL and product data to build audiences and triggers, create cross-channel journeys, improve lifecycle data systems, run experiments, manage in-product messaging, and build internal automation tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years in lifecycle, growth product marketing, or product growth
- SQL proficiency and knowledge of events, identity, attributes, APIs, webhooks, and warehouse syncs
- Experience with Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or another major lifecycle platform
- Experience building lifecycle systems with engineering
- Experience with in-product messaging or experiments
- Experience using AI agents and code
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle programs from activation and conversion through retention and winback
- Use SQL and product data to identify opportunities and build audiences and triggers
- Architect cross-channel email, push, and in-app journeys
- Improve lifecycle data models, identity, events, attributes, and eligibility
- Run holdout experiments and measure incremental lift
- Manage lifecycle programs as a portfolio
- Own in-product messaging and experiments
- Build internal tools, templates, and automated quality assurance
