About the Role
You will act as a strategy and operations partner for the VIP business. You will analyze user behavior and business data to identify growth opportunities, translate insights into actionable plans, and support VIP Relationship Managers and regional teams. You will build and maintain VIP metric frameworks, investigate unusual performance changes, automate recurring reporting, and partner with Data Warehouse and BI teams to maintain accurate, traceable data. You will design and evaluate incentive plans, document growth SOPs and metric definitions, and coordinate initiatives across regional, Product, Risk, Finance, and RM teams. You will also incorporate frontline and user feedback to improve product experiences, service processes, and operating tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3–5 years of experience in user growth, strategy operations, business analytics, client operations, or a related field
- Data analysis skills
- SQL proficiency
- Ability to independently extract and analyze data
- Ability to identify key issues in data and distinguish correlation from causation
- Structured thinking and business acumen
- Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks and operational actions
- Cross-functional communication and execution skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to use Chinese as a working language
Responsibilities
- Identify structural business problems and growth opportunities from VIP data
- Write business insight reports for senior management
- Build and maintain VIP core metric frameworks and monitor performance daily
- Investigate unexpected metric movements and recommend next steps
- Automate recurring analyses and reports through dashboards or scheduled jobs
- Standardize metric definitions and build traceable data tables with Data Warehouse and BI teams
- Design VIP team incentive plans, including metrics, targets, weightings, and payout links
- Track incentive-plan execution and update criteria based on business changes
- Document VIP growth SOPs, metric definitions, and methods for regional reuse
- Coordinate strategy execution across RM teams, regional markets, Product, Risk, and Finance
- Gather frontline and user feedback to improve products, service processes, and operating tools
