About the Role
You will turn data signals into live growth experiments and clear readouts for startup and SMB programs. You will analyze behavior data, prototype in-product flows, launch campaign workflows, and scale effective programs. You will use SQL, customer research, and AI-assisted workflows to improve acquisition, activation, and revenue.
Requirements
- Experience shipping growth or operations projects
- SQL and analytical judgment
- Experience building campaigns or automated workflows in Customer.io, Salesforce, or comparable platforms
- Ability to turn ambiguous goals into practical plans
- Experience using AI to improve workflows
Responsibilities
- Run and evaluate growth experiments from hypothesis through customer-facing launch
- Map funnels, data sources, and existing growth investments
- Build AI-assisted workflows for research, campaign iteration, quality checks, or analysis
- Use SQL and customer research to identify growth opportunities
- Build reusable growth programs, playbooks, and measurement systems
