About the Role
You will lead the legal technology and operations strategy from vision through execution. You will manage legal systems and digital platforms, improve workflows, oversee vendors and budgets, and deliver cross-functional projects involving automation, AI, and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in legal operations tech strategy or a related operations-focused role
- Experience leading automation or AI initiatives with measurable improvements
- Experience managing budgets timelines and stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical details into clear business value
- Familiarity with DocuSign CLM or workflow automation tools
- Experience building trust with senior leaders and individual contributors

- Define and drive the legal technology strategy
- Oversee legal systems including CLM eBilling knowledge management and workflow platforms
- Manage core digital platforms and budgets
- Evaluate and roll out technology solutions with cross-functional partners
- Design solutions that connect business needs with technology
- Manage vendor relationships and measure technology value
- Lead projects involving automation AI and data-driven insights
