About the Role
You will guide law firm and in-house legal teams in incorporating AI into their workflows. You will lead onboarding, training, and enablement; identify adoption barriers; partner on renewals and expansion; translate legal needs into product feedback; analyze usage trends; create customer materials; and travel to customer and company offices as needed.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- At least 3 years of legal practice experience at a top-tier law firm
- Executive engagement and relationship-building skills
- Presentation and demonstration skills
- Understanding of legal processes and challenges
- Interest in AI applications in the legal industry
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams
- Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives on expansion and renewal efforts
- Identify adoption obstacles and implement strategies to overcome them
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable product and engineering feedback
- Monitor usage trends and re-engage at-risk accounts
- Create customer-facing training materials, use-case guides, and FAQ resources
- Travel to customer and company office locations as required
