Manage multiple legal and administrative processes for an early-stage crypto and AI startup in a chaotic, dynamic environment. This is a remote fixed-contract position with no office provided. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is offered.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated legal experience in tech business development or operations supporting tech sales, presales marketing, or fundraising
- Thorough understanding of English law and ability to apply it to global contracts across jurisdictions
- Strong passion for new technologies, particularly crypto and AI
- Strong communication skills
- Perfect English
- Experience working with a team in a non-corporate environment
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, analyse and negotiate various contracts
- Understand how various jurisdictions work, including their risks and benefits
- Weigh legal versus commercial considerations
- Negotiate with counterparties and verify their documentation
