About the Role

You will lead the strategy, governance, evaluation, delivery, rollout, and adoption of internal AI and automation platforms. You will identify and prioritize use cases, define requirements and roadmaps, manage vendors and pilots, oversee delivery and stabilization, and measure business outcomes. You will work hands-on with AI tools while aligning initiatives with governance, risk, and executive priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT product management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with AI or emerging technology products.
  • Understanding of AI capabilities, including summarization, classification, generation, and agentic workflows.
  • Experience delivering internal AI systems, platforms, or automation workflows.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, defects, and enhancement roadmaps for enterprise applications or internal platforms.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across business units, finance, legal, and security.
  • Ability to evaluate AI platforms, configure agents, and troubleshoot AI tooling.
  • Change management experience.
  • Experience with no-code or low-code AI platforms such as Workato is a plus.
  • Fintech or regulated-industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define the enterprise AI and automation strategy, responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and adoption roadmap.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases across business units.
  • Map enterprise workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven operating improvements.
  • Define functional and technical requirements for internal AI and automation platforms.
  • Ensure AI platforms and solutions comply with IT standards and governance frameworks.
  • Lead the Plan and Commit process for AI and automation technology requests.
  • Define prioritization criteria and conduct feasibility and cost-benefit assessments.
  • Prioritize and maintain the AI and automation portfolio backlog.
  • Oversee QA and UAT processes before deployment.
  • Participate in sprint demos and validate acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate deployment windows and establish hypercare programs for major go-lives.
  • Develop business systems product management competencies.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and run pilots.
  • Lead vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and ongoing vendor management.
  • Execute the enterprise AI rollout plan and drive change management.
  • Establish and manage an AI Champion Network and Community of Practice.
  • Define adoption metrics and post-launch stabilization plans.
  • Design and own the enterprise AI metrics framework.
  • Report AI program progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Establish governance guardrails for responsible and compliant AI use.
