About the Role

You will own the strategy and execution of AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows for customer experience. You will build and deploy internal and customer-facing AI products, define quality standards, evaluate performance, partner with engineering on AI infrastructure, and communicate the work through customer pitches, conferences, and content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, applied AI, product operations, or a hybrid builder role shipping AI-powered products or systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience prototyping, shipping, and iterating AI tools, agents, or workflows.
• Technical fluency with Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
• Working knowledge of prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Ability to partner with sales, customer experience, finance, risk, and other business teams.
• Customer-focused technical systems development.
• Ability to write documentation, run internal training, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in data and AI evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents, platforms, and automations for customer experience.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows across customer experience operations.
• Define quality and accuracy standards for AI agents and human operators.
• Enable operations teams to use and improve internal AI systems.
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI tools and agents.
• Build dashboards, evaluation systems, QA checks, and feedback systems.
• Partner with engineering on AI data reliability and shared AI skills.
• Communicate the AI customer experience journey through customer pitches, conferences, and content.
