About the Role
You will lead product strategy and delivery for the Clients Tribe, initially managing one domain team directly while guiding the wider tribe’s success. You will partner with product and engineering leadership to define strategy, set OKRs, and shape the long-term roadmap. You will drive automation and agentic operational workflows, own the roadmap for Internal Tooling or Upfront, and work closely with engineering and product users to deliver meaningful improvements.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on internal or external tooling
- Demonstrate people leadership for teams of 3+ people
- Apply UI/UX best practices and create low-fidelity wireframes
- Collaborate closely with design
- Take initiative, own outcomes, and manage dependencies
- Learn complex finance and investment topics quickly
- Have experience with agile software development and consistent feature delivery
- Use product tools such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma
- Have financial services, compliance, or fintech experience as a plus
- Have familiarity with API documentation standards and AI agent API consumption such as MCP as a plus

- Lead the Clients Tribe product vision and strategy
- Manage one Clients Tribe domain team directly and scale product leadership
- Define tribe strategy, OKRs, and the long-term roadmap with product and engineering leadership
- Drive intelligent automation and agentic operational workflows
- Act as a voice for applied AI across internal tooling
- Own the roadmap for Internal Tooling or Upfront
- Identify opportunities to deepen automation, broaden coverage, or redesign workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and stay close to product users
