It serves enterprise IT, platform engineering, operations, finance, HR, marketing, and data teams, including organizations with stringent security and compliance requirements.

About the Role
You will own the roadmap for AI agent capabilities, defining how builders create, govern, and scale AI agents. You will work closely with engineering and enterprise customers to design capabilities, understand needs, establish performance metrics, and create scalable governance and compliance frameworks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of shipping complex technical products
- Deep familiarity with AI and machine learning products
- Experience building agent frameworks, LLM-powered systems, or developer platforms
- Strong technical acumen to discuss trade-offs with engineers and translate them into customer value
- Exceptional product sense and user empathy
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI agent orchestration, governance, and execution
- Partner with engineering to design new agent capabilities
- Work with enterprise customers to understand use cases, pain points, and success criteria
- Establish metrics for agent performance, trust, and reliability
- Build frameworks for agent governance, access control, auditability, and compliance
- Drive alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
