About the Role
You will own the rules and customer experience behind payments, improving straight-through processing and payment transparency. You will define the payment-success roadmap, identify friction using client feedback and operational data, and work with engineering, operations, and compliance to deliver reliable, compliant improvements.
Requirements
- Experience building or improving payment products.
- Product roadmap ownership.
- Transaction-level data analysis.
- Cross-functional communication.
- Experience working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders.
- Technical depth to work with engineers and understand system constraints.
- Experience applying AI or machine learning to payment optimization problems.
- Right to work in the applicable jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for payment success.
- Own the end-to-end payment creation and submission experience.
- Work with Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to deliver payment products.
- Prioritize features and fixes based on client impact, processing performance, and business value.
- Own client-facing payment tracking and visibility.
- Monitor product performance and use data to identify opportunities.
- Act as the accountable owner for payment experiences.
