About the Role
You will own a product area and build a prioritized roadmap based on user and ecosystem needs. You will define product strategy, speak with users, developers, and partners, translate insights into actionable requirements, use AI tools to prototype and validate ideas, and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver and measure products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience shipping software products end-to-end.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate work, including building working prototypes.
- Ability to translate user needs and pain points into long-term vision and near-term technical requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with technical products and ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Ramp up on the Stellar network, products, and ecosystem; meet counterparts; and ship a small improvement end-to-end within 30 days.
- Own a product area, build a prioritized roadmap, and establish a steady delivery cadence within 90 days.
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap across core protocol, enterprise, DeFi, developer experience, and agents.
- Talk with users, developers, and partners and translate their needs and pain points into vision and actionable requirements.
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery through prototypes, mockups, and working demos.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality products urgently and measure their impact after launch.
- Balance current network needs with long-term product direction.
