About the Role

You will own product outcomes across one or more platform areas. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your domain, translate strategy into scoped and prioritized work, and take accountability for outcomes. You will use quantitative and qualitative signals to understand user behavior, identify product gaps, and prioritize high-leverage opportunities. You will partner with engineering and design from discovery through launch, make well-reasoned decisions, remove blockers, align stakeholders, communicate tradeoffs, and maintain a high bar for simple, fast, useful product experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a highly operational role with significant product ownership.
  • Track record of shipping products or initiatives with measurable impact and clear personal contribution.
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining success metrics and distinguishing signal from noise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing PRDs and explaining complex tradeoffs.
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate based on learning.
  • High operational rigor and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Familiarity with prediction markets, DeFi, or blockchain-based products is a plus.
  • Background at a high-growth startup is a plus.
