About the Role
You will own strategic enterprise AI-agent engagements from pre-sales through production and expansion. You will build and optimize agents, define transformation roadmaps with executive stakeholders, direct delivery partners, and turn account insights into reusable playbooks and product feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning senior-executive trust
- Technical acumen to understand and shape AI-agent designs
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers at large organizations
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Experience designing and building solutions
- Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at the Fortune 500 level
Responsibilities
- Own technical wins for strategic opportunities and build working AI agents with sales, solutions, and forward-deployed engineering partners
- Serve as an executive partner to Fortune 500 leadership and drive AI transformation roadmaps
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise AI agents in production
- Create reusable frameworks and playbooks that inform the product roadmap
- Direct forward-deployed engineers and partner teams while retaining accountability for outcomes
- Provide product and engineering teams with feedback from customer deployments
