About the Role
You will own the end-to-end product roadmap for LATAM payment corridors, prioritising user experience, compliance requirements, and partner integrations. You will work with regional payment partners, review API documentation, support integration quality assurance, and translate transaction data into product improvements. You will monitor the competitive landscape, address LATAM-specific product complexity, and periodically travel to meet partners and run quality assurance sessions. You will use AI tooling to accelerate research, specification writing, and data analysis.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of Product Manager experience in cross-border payments, remittances, or related fintech products
- Familiarity with the LATAM payments ecosystem, including partner and regulatory landscapes
- Ability to independently analyse transaction data, identify anomalies, and drive fixes
- Experience working with payment partners or third-party integrations
- Experience reviewing API documentation and participating in technical QAs
- Ability to ship in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for LATAM corridors
- Prioritise UX, compliance edge cases, and partner integrations
- Build and maintain relationships with regional payment partners
- Review API documentation and represent product in integration QAs
- Translate transaction data, drop-off points, and failure codes into shipped improvements
- Map the LATAM competitive landscape and monitor competitors' UX and pricing
- Build LATAM-specific compliance and identity requirements into the core product
- Travel periodically to meet partners and run QA sessions
- Use AI tooling for research, specification writing, and data analysis
