About the Role

You will own a product pod end to end, form and test product theses, and drive a roadmap tied directly to revenue. You will speak with customers frequently, prototype and ship ideas, contribute code, manage required partner and vendor relationships, and work with business development, forward-deployed engineering, and leadership on product decisions. You may lead one of four pods: onboarding and platform experience, USD and stablecoin account infrastructure, international rails, or card acquiring.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience across engineering and product
• Professional software engineering experience and experience shipping production code
• Payments or fintech infrastructure domain experience
• Experience building fintech products where traditional finance meets blockchain
• Daily experience using agentic tools to prototype, analyze, and ship
• Ability to develop and defend a product thesis using evidence
• Experience working directly with customers
• Ability to create product processes and product operations in a regulated, high-stakes domain
• Fluent Spanish and deep Latin American payments experience for the International Rails pod
• Deep merchant acquiring or card payments experience for the Card Acquiring pod

Responsibilities

• Own a product pod and its roadmap end to end
• Form, pressure-test, and execute product theses
• Meet with customers weekly or more frequently
• Prototype working product demos
• Use agentic AI tools to prototype, analyze, and ship
• Read the codebase, prototype against it, and contribute production code
• Manage partner and vendor relationships for the pod
• Approve product commitments before customer signatures
• Approve forward-deployed engineering engagements affecting the pod
• Help define product processes and product operations
• Provide input into pod engineering hires
