About the Role
Own the roadmap for a core product area, set priorities, define success metrics, translate merchant needs and data into requirements, work with engineering and design from discovery through launch, analyze product and transaction data, and coordinate merchant-facing changes with Compliance, Support, and Sales.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or crypto.
- Track record of shipping complex, technical products with engineering teams.
- Analytical skills and ability to use SQL and analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate between technical and business audiences.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for assigned products, set priorities, define success metrics, and communicate direction to stakeholders.
- Translate merchant needs and data into prioritized, well-specified requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch with engineering and design.
- Analyze product and transaction data to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate merchant-facing changes with Compliance, Support, and Sales.
- Align roadmaps with the CPO and payment engineering leads.
- Bring merchant feedback from Sales into prioritization.
