About the Role

You will own the roadmap for a core product area, setting priorities, defining success metrics, and communicating direction to stakeholders. You will translate merchant needs and data into prioritized requirements, work with engineering and design throughout discovery and launch, and analyze product and transaction data to identify improvements. You will coordinate merchant-facing changes with Compliance, Support, and Sales, align roadmaps with the CPO and payment engineering leads, and incorporate merchant feedback into prioritization.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or crypto.
  • Track record of shipping complex, technical products with engineering teams.
  • Analytical skills and ability to use SQL and analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate merchant-facing changes with Compliance, Support, and Sales.
  • Align roadmaps with the CPO and payment engineering leads.
  • Bring merchant feedback from Sales into prioritization.
