About the Role

You will own multiple payment product streams across payments finance and loyalty. You will guide products from ideation through launch manage priorities and details make data-driven decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals. You will also manage supplier agreements support compliance and engage enterprise customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience
  • Strong background in payments FinTech or financial services
  • Experience leading product streams end to end
  • Technical proficiency and experience working with engineering teams
  • Experience managing supplier contracts and pricing agreements
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage payment finance and loyalty product streams
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Set product priorities and maintain detailed product decisions
  • Manage supplier contracts and pricing agreements
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate needs into improvements
  • Use analytics to guide product decisions and improve performance
  • Align stakeholders with commercial objectives
