About the Role
You will lead and develop the Office Management team, set goals, coach team members, and manage daily priorities. You will own office-management programs, oversee front-office hospitality, support physical office operations, and manage vendors and service contracts. You will work with HR on employee events and feedback channels, refine office processes and policies, and partner with senior leadership to align office operations with firm priorities.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing office operations.
- Experience in a professional services or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading teams.
- Experience owning programs end-to-end.
- Experience maintaining a high-quality office environment in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Office Management team, set clear goals, provide coaching, and manage day-to-day priorities.
- Own the strategy and execution of office management programs and initiatives.
- Oversee front-office hospitality operations for clients, visitors, and employees.
- Support physical office operations, including lifting and transporting supplies and equipment.
- Work with HR to plan and manage employee events and activities.
- Develop, document, and refine office management processes and policies.
- Partner with HR to administer employee feedback mechanisms, surveys, and listening channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to align office management with firm priorities.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
