About the Role
You will manage front-of-house operations, vendors, building relationships, access controls, and daily office procedures for the Singapore hub. You will oversee security and safety protocols, coordinate onboarding logistics and office events, and support APAC satellite offices, including onsite travel when needed.

- 3+ years of office management, workplace experience, or facilities coordination experience
- Google Workspace knowledge

Responsibilities
- Build a front-of-house experience for the Singapore hub
- Manage vendors, building relationships, access controls, and daily procedures
- Manage guest systems and keycard access controls
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health protocols
- Coordinate new-hire desk setup, welcome kits, and day-one logistics
- Create office events and cultural celebrations
- Support APAC satellite offices and new office launches
- Travel onsite for regional operational support
