About the Role
You will develop growth and ecosystem strategies for DEX products and initiatives. You will analyze Web3 users on-chain trends and market dynamics identify opportunities improve product experiences and support go-to-market efforts. You will build industry relationships use data to guide decisions and lead global initiatives that improve execution and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across internet FinTech Crypto Web3 or related industries
- Strong understanding of DEXs on-chain products Web3 users and public blockchain ecosystems
- Experience in Growth Product Operations Trading Products Ecosystem or Business Development
- Strong product growth mindset
- Knowledge of the global Web3 ecosystem and key industry participants
- Strong partnership capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to independently lead complex global initiatives
- Ability to operate in a dynamic industry and business environment
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Define and drive global growth and ecosystem strategies for DEX products
- Analyze Web3 users on-chain product trends and market dynamics
- Identify strategic growth opportunities
- Partner with Product teams to improve product experience user journeys and adoption
- Build relationships with projects technology partners and industry participants
- Support go-to-market initiatives for ecosystem projects new products and priority markets
- Use user insights industry trends and data analysis to inform strategies
- Identify cross-product and cross-ecosystem opportunities
- Lead high-impact global cross-functional initiatives
- Represent the team in industry and ecosystem engagements
