About the Role
You will lead growth initiatives across products, geographies, payment methods, and partner models. You will translate regulatory and scheme requirements into systems, data models, frameworks, and tooling; prioritize launches and market expansion; identify merchant opportunities; define operating models and guardrails; and guide complex decisions involving growth, risk, compliance, and commercial impact.
Requirements
- Product mindset and experience translating regulatory requirements into system behavior
- Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of payments ecosystems
- Experience with card networks alternative payment methods or acquiring models
- Ability to design platform-level guardrails
- Commercial judgment across regulatory partner and operational risk
- Experience evaluating payment flows and defining launch guardrails
- Senior stakeholder management and influence skills
- Experience building and coaching high-performing teams
- Creative problem-solving for merchant use cases
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a globally distributed growth team
- Define the Scheme Compliance growth strategy
- Prioritize product launches market expansion and payment method onboarding
- Translate merchant demand into growth priorities and build decisions
- Define payment flows data models and configuration standards
- Standardize operating models control points and monitoring requirements
- Drive cross-functional programs across Commercial Partnerships Legal Risk and Product
- Resolve ambiguous growth opportunities by balancing speed risk and commercial impact
- Establish launch constraint and decline decision frameworks
- Build playbooks tooling requirements and training programs
- Design scalable solutions for nonstandard merchant business models
