About the Role
Drive revenue growth for existing insurance products, launch new products, lead external go-to-market activity, and coordinate product, marketing, finance, sales, operations, and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen
- 5+ years’ experience leading always-on commercial activity
- Insurance experience, ideally in fintech
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proven go-to-market track record
- Omni-channel campaign experience
- Exceptional project management skills
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Commercial research and competitive analysis
Responsibilities
- Own revenue forecasting for insurance products
- Analyse member behaviour and subscription cohort performance
- Translate data into product, pricing, positioning, and communication recommendations
- Partner with Product teams on product development and launches
- Lead new product launches and go-to-market experiments
- Manage senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Lead commercial research and competitive analysis
- Drive insurance sales and renewals
