About the Role
You will work directly with prospective and new clients to support technical evaluations and onboarding. You will build proof of concept demos and minimal integrations, manage early technical relationships from discovery through deployment, write reusable example code, translate field feedback into product insights, and represent the organization in client meetings and developer calls.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering integrations engineering developer success or backend development
- Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript Rust or Python
- Experience with APIs SDKs and web3 protocols or smart contracts
- Strong technical communication skills
- Startup mindset
Responsibilities
- Support client technical evaluations and onboarding
- Build proof of concept demos and minimal integrations
- Own early technical relationships from discovery to deployment
- Write reusable example code and boilerplates
- Translate field feedback into product insights
- Contribute to onboarding monitoring and support tooling
- Represent the organization in client meetings and developer calls
