About the Role
You will own outbound campaign activation and run growth experiments across paid email LinkedIn events and lifecycle channels. You will manage pipeline metrics optimize demand funnels oversee paid acquisition and retargeting maintain campaign attribution and test new verticals. You will also build account-based marketing programs and convert partnership and event opportunities into qualified pipeline.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth demand generation or performance marketing
- Experience building and running campaigns that generated measurable pipeline
- Fluency with analytics CRM marketing automation paid platforms and attribution
- Strong data analysis visualization and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating across marketing revenue and partnerships
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City or Chicago
Responsibilities

- Track qualified leads meetings cost per qualified lead and marketing-attributed pipeline
- Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights
- Build and optimize landing pages conversion paths forms and nurture sequences
- Manage paid acquisition and retargeting
- Partner with content and SEO to generate pipeline
- Maintain campaign attribution CRM hygiene and analytics
