About the Role

You will own content strategy, governance, and readiness across assigned functions. You will create and improve knowledge resources, lead launch-readiness planning, establish scalable standards and information architecture, analyze metrics, communicate risks, coach colleagues, and use AI to resolve complex knowledge problems.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of relevant knowledge-management and content-strategy experience
  • Knowledge of governance, information architecture, content lifecycle, and knowledge-base operations
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX
  • Executive-level communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Experience using AI to solve domain-specific problems
  • Active FINRA licenses where functionally necessary
  • Subject-matter expertise in assigned functions

Responsibilities

  • Own content strategy and knowledge governance
  • Create, maintain, and improve Help Center articles, SOPs, runbooks, playbooks, policy documentation, and support workflows
  • Lead readiness planning for launches, policy updates, process changes, and operational initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional readiness and content-strategy collaboration
  • Establish scalable content standards, information architecture, and governance frameworks
  • Prepare frontline teams for launches and mitigate support risks
  • Analyze metrics and lead post-launch improvement initiatives
  • Communicate readiness status, insights, and risks
  • Coach colleagues on knowledge-management processes
  • Use AI to resolve domain-specific knowledge problems
