About the Role
You will lead Tactical Development Operators during night-shift and travel-based testing. You will execute deployment plans, coordinate fleet availability, support field testing and training, monitor driver requirements, audit safety compliance, deliver handoffs, coach operators, and respond to emergent operational issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of dispatch, fleet operations, or related scheduling-environment experience
- 1–2+ years of leadership experience
- Critical thinking and command decision-making
- Conflict management and resolution experience
- Flexibility for day, night, and weekend work
- Ability to participate in on-call response and incident management
Responsibilities
- Lead daily development-testing deployments and perform in-field tasks
- Support operators with complex test plans and engineering data-collection needs
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Fleet Operations on asset availability
- Travel to connect with and support field operators
- Support operator onboarding and remedial training
- Provide emergency vehicle, troubleshooting, and testing coverage
- Monitor Hours of Service and lead Driver Monitoring System coaching
- Facilitate handoffs and technical-status updates with Engineering and Operations
- Audit field activities for adherence to SOPs and safety protocols
- Provide performance coaching and operational guidance during emergent situations
