About the Role
You will lead live autonomous and human-assisted trucking operations during your shift. You will coordinate escalations, prioritize work, support incident responses, maintain recurring operational workflows, and provide clear updates to stakeholders. You will mentor operations staff and improve Command Center reliability, efficiency, and accuracy.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, or command-center environments
- Experience coordinating on-shift teams or live operational logistics
- Understanding of operational control centers, dispatch coordination, or multi-route fleet management
- Ability to manage live operations and resolve escalations under pressure
- Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or autonomous vehicle operations
- Understanding of FMCSA regulations, safety protocols, and field coordination workflows
- Real-time decision-making and communication skills in high-pressure or customer-facing scenarios
- Ability to translate complex operational data into actionable updates
Responsibilities
- Coordinate live autonomous and human-assisted trucking operations during shifts
- Serve as the primary escalation point during shifts
- Guide prioritization, distribute workload, and ensure shift readiness
- Coordinate responses to high-severity issues
- Own handover quality, CFH quality reviews, and SOP consistency workflows
- Lead initiatives that improve Command Center efficiency, reliability, or accuracy
- Mentor Operations Specialists and Fleet Specialists
- Communicate incident updates with Engineering, Field Techs, Drivers, and leadership
- Provide input on scheduling, staffing, and training needs
