About the Role
You will coordinate vehicle movements, dispatch priorities, warehousing, and reverse-logistics activity. You will maintain accurate data exchanges across logistics systems, communicate disruption risks, work with internal and external partners, adopt emerging tools, and design improvements and interim solutions for supply-chain operations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle movements, including transport, service moves, and inter-site transfers
- Triage competing priorities and sequence work in real time
- Schedule, track, and confirm movements through supplier and carrier portals
- Manage data exchanges across NetSuite, EDI, Jira, and partner systems
- Represent logistics requirements in ERP, EDI, and Jira initiatives
- Test and introduce AI tools, automation, and new system capabilities
- Coordinate warehousing and reverse-logistics flows
- Communicate risk, delay, and cost exposure to stakeholders
- Develop continuous-improvement plans and interim solutions
