About the Role
You will take part in the 12-month BestStart entry program and gain insight into bank branches. You will support customers with important decisions, take responsibility, and use new media in your work at a retail branch.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, with or without secondary-school diploma
- Initial professional experience, ideally in a commercial field
- Customer service orientation
- Interest in using innovative new media
- Communication skills
- German and English skills
- Flexibility in time and location
