About the Role
You will support lawyers with initial markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts. You will manage document lifecycles and deadlines, communicate with counterparties, assist with execution, and contribute to high-quality delivery across high-volume matters.
Requirements
- 0–1+ years of experience or internship experience
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent preferred
- NDA exposure preferred
- Contract knowledge
- Legal practice knowledge
