About the Role
You will manage day-to-day global privacy operations, including data subject requests, data inventories, mapping, and privacy impact assessments. You will update privacy policies and procedures, implement emerging regulatory requirements, deliver training, maintain metrics and privacy tools, and prepare program reports and materials. You will also support regulatory-compliance matters involving licensing, operational resilience, and outsourcing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 6–8+ years of privacy program management experience
- Experience drafting and reviewing privacy-related contract terms
- Knowledge of US state privacy laws, EU GDPR, UK data protection regulations, and international privacy regimes
- Analytical, organizational, and program-management skills
- Communication, presentation, writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Privacy certification
Responsibilities
- Manage global privacy operations, including data subject requests, inventories, data mapping, and privacy impact assessments
- Update privacy policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance
- Monitor global privacy legislation and implement new requirements
- Develop and deliver privacy training
- Maintain program metrics, privacy tools, and reporting materials
