About the Role

You will provide frontline IT support through walk ups tickets and chat while troubleshooting SaaS applications devices identity systems and conference room technology. You will manage employee onboarding and offboarding maintain asset records create documentation and support deployments office moves and migrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience providing corporate IT support
• Proficiency with Jira and Freshservice or similar ticketing systems
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Neat Crestron and Logitech conference room technologies
• Experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi VPN DNS and basic networking
• Knowledge of information security best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support through walk ups tickets and chat
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace Okta Atlassian Cloud Slack and other SaaS applications
• Support macOS Windows Azure AD Jamf and Intune environments
• Manage employee onboarding offboarding and equipment reclamation
• Lead new hire IT orientation
• Support conference room AV systems
• Maintain asset management and inventory records
• Create IT documentation for end users and internal teams
• Support deployments office moves and system migrations
• Participate in global on call rotations when required
