About the Role
You will define and document future-state business processes using BPMN 2.0. You will interpret requirements and business rules, decompose end-to-end journeys, maintain traceability to delivery artefacts, manage clarifications, support quality assurance, and facilitate process reviews with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Knowledge of investment wealth life or pensions products and markets
- Knowledge of Canadian wealth concepts and operational processes
- Familiarity with Canadian investment products such as RRSP TFSA RIF and LIF
- Knowledge of capital markets service providers and industry infrastructure
- Three or more years of delivery or consulting experience in financial services or wealth management
- Two to three years of business analysis or process modelling experience
- Experience in Agile delivery environments using Jira Confluence or similar tools
- A first-class degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a business analysis or consulting role
- At least two years of hands-on BPMN 2.0 process modelling experience
- Ability to interpret and translate requirements into accurate process models
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational administration time management written verbal and presentation skills
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Responsibilities
- Produce future-state business process models in BPMN 2.0
- Interpret functional requirements business rules and TOM components
- Decompose end-to-end journeys into logical steps and reusable subprocesses
- Maintain traceability to Jira stories system interactions regulations outputs and procedures
- Track clarifications gaps and follow-up items
- Participate in process walkthroughs and stakeholder reviews
- Collaborate with solution consultants project managers and business readiness stakeholders
- Apply BPMN modelling standards and contribute to continuous improvement
